The Mursion Advisory Board was established when the company was founded in 2015. During this time, the organization has invited industry leaders and innovators to advise Mursion on how its platform can be enhanced to take advantage of emerging technologies so that Mursion can provide more powerful experiential learning opportunities and talent insights for its clients. Advisors are selected based on their unique qualifications and expertise in behavioral psychology, artificial intelligence, linguistics, cognitive science, and leadership development. As a Professor of Management Practice at Harvard Business School, Fuller co-leads the school’s Managing the Future of Work initiative. He has dedicated his career to understanding and enhancing the practice of management. His research and teachings have included topics such as addressing the skills gap, managing the talent pipeline, and the evolution of the role of the CEO and the C-suite in public companies. Through his work, he has helped numerous organizations adapt and thrive in the ever-changing business landscape. Prior to joining the HBS faculty, Professor Fuller was a founder and first employee of the global consulting firm, Monitor Group, now Monitor-Deloitte.
