Chris is a seasoned operations leader who scaled 2U from a startup to a global EdTech powerhouse with 6,000 employees across six markets. He played key roles in 2U’s IPO, raising $630M, and led integration efforts for transformative acquisitions, including Trilogy Education and GetSmarter.

Charlotte is passionate about the future of work and driving organizational effectiveness. A former GM at a human capital-focused SaaS company and a McKinsey consultant specializing in large-scale transformations, she holds degrees from Vanderbilt and Harvard.

Katya brings 20+ years of experience in strategy, operations, and organizational change to Mursion. Previously COO at Propel Capital, they have advised school systems, non-profits, and Fortune 500 companies. A former educator, Katya holds degrees from Smith College and Yale.

Jess Harvey is the Chief Revenue Officer at Mursion, driving growth through workforce upskilling solutions. With a background in Talent and Learning, she specializes in unlocking behavior change at scale and has partnered with Fortune 500 companies to implement impactful, scalable transformations that deliver lasting results. Prior to joining Mursion she was Vice President, Account Management at BetterUp.

Sarah joined Mursion through the acquisition of Valor Performance, a digital leadership and performance mindset coaching platform she founded and led as CEO. Previously, she was an Entrepreneur in Residence at F-Prime Capital, a board member at Opargo and Joyable, and led growth initiatives at Castlight Health and Grokker. Sarah holds degrees from Yale, Harvard, and Stanford.

Mursion’s CMO, Kristen brings 20+ years of experience driving growth at Fortune 50 companies like FedEx and AT&T, and startups like inVia Robotics and OpenX. With expertise in launching emerging technologies, she develops strategies that increase revenue and extend market reach. Her international MBA from Thunderbird and commitment to youth education reflect her passion for creating meaningful impact.
